Get Involved
Volunteer with us.
Watch Africa Film Festival takes place 11–13 September 2026 at Chapter Arts Centre, Cardiff — and it runs on the people who show up for it.
Work alongside the festival team.
We’re looking for volunteers across a range of roles — from front of house and technical support to social media, photography and festival coordination.
You’ll work alongside the festival team, gain hands-on experience in film festival production, and have full access to screenings and events throughout the festival.
Find the role that fits you.

Front of House Volunteer
Welcome guests, check tickets, answer questions, help with audience flow, manage attendee check-in, and provide festival schedules and information.
Guest & Filmmaker Liaison
