Immersive Festival Experience (12 June)

-Full day of African film screenings. -Creative workshops for filmmakers and audiences.
-Cultural stalls + artisan exhibitions.
-Art showcase inspired by African traditions and modernity

Day 3
Awards Night (13 June)

-Final screenings.
-Awards Ceremony recognizing the best of African cinema.
-Closing celebrations.

Submit Your Film to WAFF 2026

Are you an African filmmaker, part of the African diaspora, or telling stories about Africa and its people? This is your opportunity to share your work with audiences in Wales and beyond.

Submissions for WAFF 2026 are open from 1–30 November 2025 via FilmFreeway. We welcome films of any genre, theme, or format, as long as they reflect the richness, diversity, and creativity of Africa.
